Convertingg Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, connecting integrations, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Convertingg is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps businesses connect Meta advertising, lead management, sales workflows, and related revenue intelligence features. Features available depend on your plan (Basic, Premium, or Agency).

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You must use a valid Google account for authentication.
• You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping access credentials secure.
• Workspace owners/admins are responsible for teammates they invite and for compliance with Meta and applicable advertising laws.

Paid plans are billed in INR through Razorpay (Card, UPI, NetBanking, and UPI Autopay where available). Prices shown at checkout itemize 18% GST. There is no free trial and no free tier — Basic, Premium, and Agency are all paid plans. The first charge happens when you complete checkout. You choose 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year. By paying you authorize recurring autopay for that period until you cancel. A period you already paid for keeps its end date. You can cancel autopay in Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan limits (seats, Meta accounts, competitors, premium features) apply as described at checkout and in-product.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws, Meta policies, or third-party rights
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt unauthorized access, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Resell the service except under an Agency plan and our written terms
• Use the product to send spam or deceptive advertising

Integrations with Meta, Razorpay, Google, and hosting providers are subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties that affect features you enable.

We retain all rights in Convertingg, including software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your customer data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service.

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for purposes of the service relationship.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific ROAS outcomes, or that Meta delivery/attribution will match any forecast. Intelligence and analytics features are informational aids, not professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, liability, confidentiality) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
