1. What this page is for
Meta requires every app that uses Facebook Login to publish instructions for deleting user data. Convertingg uses Facebook Login for Business only to connect your Pages, ad accounts, and lead ads — not as a consumer “Log in with Facebook” product.
2. Delete Meta connection data
To revoke Meta access from inside the product:
- Sign in at https://www.convertingg.com
- Open Settings → Meta & CAPI
- Click Disconnect
That removes stored access tokens, page tokens, and the selected Page / ad account / pixel IDs for that workspace. You can also remove the app from Facebook: Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites. Removing it there also triggers our deauthorize callback.
3. Delete your Convertingg account
Email support@convertingg.com from the Google address on the account with subject “Data deletion request”. Include your workspace name. We will:
- Disconnect any Meta integrations and delete stored tokens
- Delete or anonymize leads, notes, and workspace records we hold
- Cancel billing access for that organization where applicable
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Some backups and legal records may be retained for a limited period as required by law.
4. Facebook callback
If you request deletion from Facebook’s Apps and websites page, Meta calls our callback and we return a confirmation code plus a status URL (this page with ?code=). Keep that code for your records.
