1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account data — name, email, and profile photo from Google sign-in.
- Workspace data — organization name, website, industry, billing preferences, and GSTIN if you provide it.
- CRM & product data — leads, pipeline stages, assignments, events, and settings you create in the product.
- Meta integration data — tokens and identifiers needed to connect your Meta assets (pages, ad accounts, lead forms, pixel/CAPI configuration), plus lead and insights data you authorize us to sync.
- Payment data — plan, GSTIN, and payment status. Card/UPI details are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, and basic usage logs required to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve Convertingg
- Authenticate users and manage workspaces / team memberships
- Sync Meta lead ads, insights, and conversion feedback you configure
- Process subscriptions and invoices via Razorpay
- Send transactional emails (security, billing, product notices)
- Detect abuse, debug issues, and comply with law
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests in running a secure SaaS product, and where required, with your consent (for example when connecting third-party Meta accounts).
5. Sharing
We share data only with:
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) under processing agreements
- Razorpay for payment processing
- Meta Platforms when you connect integrations and authorize data flows (leads, CAPI events)
- Authorities when legally required
We do not sell personal information.
6. Data retention
We retain account and workspace data while your organization is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by emailing support@convertingg.com. Step-by-step instructions, including Meta/Facebook app removal, are on our User Data Deletion page.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located in India or other regions used by our cloud providers. We take steps appropriate to the transfer mechanism and provider terms.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data we hold about you by contacting support@convertingg.com. If you use Google sign-in, you can also manage connected apps from your Google account.
10. Children
Convertingg is a B2B service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
