1. Nature of the product
Convertingg (convertingg.com) is a cloud software subscription. We do not ship physical goods, kits, or media. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how digital access is delivered after purchase — required for payment provider verification for online businesses.
2. Delivery method
After a successful Razorpay payment, plan entitlements are activated on your workspace automatically (usually within a few minutes). You access the product by signing in at https://www.convertingg.com with Google.
3. Delivery timeline
- Standard: Instant to within 15 minutes of payment confirmation
- Delayed activation: Rarely up to 24 hours if payment webhook / verification is delayed
If access is not unlocked within 24 hours, email billing@convertingg.com with your payment id.
4. Delivery address
No shipping address is required. Access is tied to your Google-authenticated account and organization workspace. Ensure you use the same Google account when paying and signing in.
5. Failed delivery
If we cannot deliver digital access due to an error on our side, we will either restore access promptly or refund the payment in line with our Refund Policy.
